Integrating Sustainability into the Sokos Online Store
The project aimed to enhance sustainability awareness and support more informed decision-making for clothing and cosmetics purchases on the Sokos online store.
We explored how online shopping could encourage sustainable consumer choices while maintaining a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.

Challenge
Sokos’ online store makes shopping fast but leaves users unsure about product sustainability and quality. Sustainability details are inconsistent and unclear, making responsible choices difficult.

Goal
Provide improvements for a clearer shopping experience where sustainability and product details are easy to notice and understand within the shopping flow.
