Redesigning the Ne Keksit Website for Better Usability and Sales

Ne Keksit is a Helsinki-based bakery specializing in handmade cookies. Their website looked appealing but lacked usability and online payment options. Our project aimed to redesign the buying flow, integrate payment methods, and make the site easier to navigate — helping customers order cookies effortlessly online.

Challenge

Ne Keksit’s website didn’t clearly guide customers through ordering cookies, lacked an integrated payment system, and didn’t support English, which made the overall online shopping experience feel incomplete and difficult to trust.
The company needed a full redesign to improve usability and support growth.
