Challenge
Metropolia’s internationalization Instagram account lacked consistent activity, structured communication, and easily accessible information for students interested in exchange studies and international opportunities. Important information was fragmented across platforms, and the account lacked a recognizable visual identity and long-term content strategy.

Goal
The goal was to reactivate the account through a cohesive communication strategy, engaging visual identity, and student-centered storytelling that would make international opportunities more approachable and accessible for students.
