Improving Logistics and Communication for ÖFest
The project focused on improving logistics, communication, and the overall festival experience for Ö Fest — a growing island festival in Finland.
We explored how better information flow, transportation planning, and customer feedback could enhance the attendee experience while preserving the festival’s community spirit and sustainable values.

Challenge
Ö Fest’s rapid growth caused logistical bottlenecks and unclear communication, making travel instructions hard to find, support difficult to access, and the sense of community harder to maintain.

Goal
The goal was to propose solutions that make the festival experience smoother and more connected by clarifying travel information, improving access to essential instructions, strengthening on-site support, and establishing a consistent way to collect feedback.
